Privacy Policy

The Trish Test ("we", "the service") scores emails for the structural fingerprints of automated sales sequences. This policy explains what we do and do not collect across the three ways you can use it: the website, the local MCP server (npx trishtest-mcp), and the hosted MCP endpoint.
The short version
We do not store the content of any email you score. On the website and the local MCP server, your email text never leaves your own device. On the hosted endpoint, your email text is scored in memory and discarded; we never write it to a database, a log, or disk.
What each surface does
The website (trishtest.com). When you paste an email into the checker, scoring runs entirely in your browser. The email text is not transmitted to our servers. If you join a waitlist, we store the email address and side you provide, and nothing else.
The local MCP server (npx trishtest-mcp). This runs on your own machine. Email text is scored locally and never transmitted anywhere. We receive nothing.
The hosted MCP endpoint (used by ChatGPT apps and other remote AI clients). When a tool is called, the email text is sent to our server over an encrypted connection, scored in memory, and immediately discarded. We never persist the email text. We do record anonymous usage metadata for each call: which tool ran, the resulting score and verdict, which signal categories fired, response time, and the character count of the input. This metadata contains no email content, no sender or recipient identities, and no information that identifies you.
What we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups: the email address and side (sender or recipient) you submit, used only to contact you about the service.
- Hosted-endpoint usage metadata: anonymous, per-call, as described above, used to improve the detection engine and understand usage volume.
What we do not collect
- The content of emails you score, on any surface.
- Sender or recipient email addresses from scored emails.
- Any advertising or third-party tracking identifiers.
How we use data
Waitlist addresses are used only to contact you about the Trish Test. Usage metadata is used only to improve the scoring engine and measure usage. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Data retention
We retain waitlist addresses until you ask us to remove them. We retain anonymous usage metadata indefinitely because it contains nothing that identifies you.
Third parties
The service runs on standard infrastructure providers for hosting and database storage. These providers process data on our behalf and do not receive email content, because none is stored.
